In the vaults under this church

are deposited the bodies of

THOMAS SCOTT,

(of Mohubber Co. Tipperary Ireland,) Esq^r.

He was born August 7^th. 1767, and died May 31^st. 1843.

And his wife FRANCES MARIA SCOTT,

She was born Nov^r. 5^th. 1770, and died Sep^r. 5^th. 1845.

This tablet is erected as a grateful tribute

of her most affectionate and just respect

to their beloved memories,

by M^rs. Scott’s fondly attached god-daughter
