Katharine Brisco Waddy was a member of the National Union of Women's Suffrage Societies (NUWSS) and the Women's Social and Political Union (WSPU), who lived at Evesham Lodge, Prestbury Rd, Cheltenham, and earlier at Harwood House, Wellington Square; she was a signatory of the 1912 book presented to Sir James Agg Gardner, in recognition of his support for women's suffrage (Gloucestershire Archives, catalogue reference D5130/6/6).

On the 1911 census she is listed as married, and had no occupation. Her husband was a general manager for a door manufacturer.

She died on 22 October 1935.
