Michael Constantine De Courcy (Lord Kingsale) was a member of the Conservative and Unionist Women's Franchise Association (CUWFA), who lived at The Grange, Marle Hill, Cheltenham; he was a signatory of the 1912 Agg Gardner book held at Gloucestershire Archives, catalogue reference D5130/6/6.

On the 1911 census he was listed as married, and his occupation was given as private means [tea planter / had inherited wealth].
