General information▶Date of birth: Place of birth: ▶Father: Mother: ▶Spouse(s): Date(s) of marriage: Place(s) of marriage: ▶Occupation: Clergyman ▶Lifestory: [Unidentified.] In 1832 “Rev. R. Moore” lived at 7 Pittville Parade (now 14 Evesham Road), Cheltenham, and in the same year a Revd. Robert Moore assisted the Revd. Francis Close at the parish church at a Church Missionary Society meeting in Cheltenham. A “Rev. Robert Monro”, then an Assistant Curate at Holy Trinity Church, was also present at the meeting, but seems to be a different person. It is not clear which “Robert Moore” is meant, as there were several clergymen of that name at the time, but none can be associated with Cheltenham. The “Revd. R. Moore” is the first recorded residence at 7 Pittville Parade, on what was presumably a short lease. ▶Moved to Pittville from: Moved from Pittville to: ▶Date of death: Place of death: ▶Date of burial: Place of burial: ▶Notes: ID: 19376 Contributor(s): John Simpson
