Someone installed a sound system and coloured lights and those who were lucky enough to own ice skates displayed their skills accompanied by the hit song of the day, \u2018Oh Play To Me Gypsy\u2019&#8230;\u201d<br><br><a href=\"https:\/\/pittvillehistory.org.uk\/wpt\/pittville-lives\/holder\/\" data-type=\"page\" data-id=\"3203\">Memories of a park-keeper&#8217;s son<\/a>: Robert Holder (b. 1937) was the son of one of the park-keepers at Pittville Park.
