HOLY APOSTLES' WEDDING

The wedding took place at Holy Apostles' Church, Charlton Kings, to-day, of Miss Sheila Elizabeth Davies, eldest daughter of Mr. and Mrs. W. A. Noel Davies, of Green Acre, Charlton Park Gate, Cheltenham, and Major Francis Reginald Price (South Lancashire Regiment), the eldest son of the late Mr. F. E. Price, F.R.C.S., and Mrs. Price, of Uphill, Ivybridge, South Devon.

The bride is the granddaughter of the late Surgeon-General and Mrs. Landale, of Dunholme, The Park, Cheltenham.

The service, which was fully choral, was conducted by the Rev. R. J. Northcott. The bride, who was given away by her father, wore a two-piece silk suit of two shades of delphinium blue, with hat to match.

Lieut. Ian Kindersley (South Lancashire Regiment) was best man. After the ceremony a reception was held at Green Acre, and later the bride and bridegroom left for their honeymoon in Berkshire and London, the bride wearing a grey-green check two-piece suit and grey hat for travelling.
